Our custom printed patches offer a way to include photorealistic images on a custom fabric patch. They can capture complex color blends, small text and fine details that may not translate well using embroidery. Printed patches offer the same traditional wrapped edge (merrowed edge) as their embroidered counterpart. They can be sewn onto hats, jackets and other garments. When sewing isn't convenient, printed photo patches can accommodate iron-on or peel & stick backing options.

Upload artwork and select your options below. Our team will help finalize your printed patch design and email it to you for approval within 1 business day. You may request any adjustments if necessary from your customer account. Once all approvals are received, your turnaround time begins and your ship date is posted.
