Screen printing uses stencils to apply ink in layers, producing bold, vibrant colors that are extremely durable. It's most cost-effective for large quantities with limited colors (1-4). Digital printing is better for full-color, photographic designs and small runs.
Q: What's the minimum order for screen printed labels?
We have a low minimum of just 5 pieces, but screen printed labels become most cost-effective at quantities of 100+ due to setup involved. For smaller runs, digital or woven labels may offer better value.
