Label Care

- Woven Labels can be washed in hot water: up to 194°F / 90°C - Iron-On Labels should be washed in cool water: up to 86°F / 30°C

Material

Our Woven Labels are made with 100% Polyester thread. The labels are colorfast, robust and will retain their shape even after many washes. Due to the weaving process, our labels are comfortable against the skin. This type of woven label is made of high quality materials, using the most advanced technologies.

Backing options

Backing options can also be ordered to your label design, like sew-on, Peel & stick or iron-on. Whatever your label needs might be, our experts will make sure to deliver the right label for you.

Certification

The materials used to make our woven labels are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials.

Application

Woven labels are the most common and versatile way of branding your products. It can be used on garments, designer pillows, linens, luggage, rugs, furniture tags, towels, toys, bedding tags and so much more. Each label is woven from scratch on professional weaving machines, using the ultrasonic cut technique. This means that the label edges will not fray and are almost invisible to the touch, but your branding is present.

Color Options

Our custom woven label is made up of polyester yarns which come in (number of colors). With exquisite colors and fine artwork, our labels have been tried and tested to withstand countless washes under ordinary washing conditions. You can select the artwork and we will deliver your fine details into a soft woven label. We use high density 70 denier threads (number of threads) to create vivid and strong labels that can make your brand logo stand out.
